Return Policy

Unwanted, unsuitable or faulty goods can be returned to cggiftshop.com by the customer or gift recipient and we aim to make this process as simple as possible. Unfortunately, we don't offer an exchange facility. Simply return you item(s) and reorder for a replacement.

Unwanted / Unsuitable / Faulty Goods - Your Rights to Cancel an Order

Unwanted, unsuitable or faulty goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt as long as the goods are in perfect condition (unworn and unwashed with original labels attached) and in their original packaging. Prior to returning the item, please e-mail us at inquiry@cggiftshop.com to inform us of the problem and further instructions.

In accordance with the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission perishable goods (including food hamper items) or customized goods made according to specifications (i.e. personalized gifts) may not be returned. We are unable to exchange/refund some item such as earring, grooming products, underwear, swimwear, bath products, pillows due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Return Fee

Please note that returns will be in expense of the buyer. We highly recommend to use a trackable service and keep your proof of postage receipt until after your refund is processed. Post your return item(s) to CG Gift Shop, 13 Drury Mills, Saggart, Co. Dublin, Ireland D24 RD25 . You'll get an email once we received your returned item. 

Refund

Refund for returns can take up to 14 days from the date they were posted back. Once the item(s) is received, inspected and conforms to the condition set above, we will process the refund and it can take up to 5 working days to appear in your original payment method (i.e. bank, card, etc).
